Cancellation Policy:
Please do NOT submit the entry unless you are reasonably sure you are going to ride the event. Cancellations and refunds are a hassle for us, and you. The deadline for cancellations is May 15th, 2008. Requests for cancellations received before May 15th, 2008 will be refunded minus a $25 fee. Cancellations after May 15th, 2008 WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. PERIOD. DON'T EVEN ASK.
By signing the form below, you acknowledge that you understand the following:
1. You will be required to sign a waiver of liability before you are allowed to participate. This waiver will severely limit you, and your families ability to bring legal action against the Cal 24 Rally, it's organizers, volunteers, PolioPlus, Rotary International, and it's employees and officers. You can see the waiver before you send the entry, on request I will send you a copy. If you refuse the waiver, you will not be allowed to participate, and no fees will be refunded to you.
2. Not included in the entry fee is a required minimum donation to Polio Plus. This minimum donation is $50 for a single rider and $100 for a couple. If the minimum donation is not received at rally check-in, you will not be allowed to participate, and no fees will be refunded to you.
3. You have read the rules, and agree to abide by them.
4. By filling in this form, you only hold a spot in the rally until the signed form and entry fees are received by the rally. The rally is first come, first served and only paid entries guarantee a spot in the rally.
